Can you remember way back to the 1st January last year? My name is Luke Ashcroft and I've been helping people lose weight, tone up and get in the best shape of their lives for over 20 years. I have helped hundreds of people turn their lives around and I want to help you too. 

​To start with, I am going to help you lose a dress size or pants size, not in the next year or the next 6 months...but in the next 21 days! That's right, in just 3 short weeks you could have lost a dress size and be kilo's lighter. 

To be honest most people are not going to achieve their long term goals in 21 days. But most people are able to focus all of their effort for that short amount of time. Its achievable. And once you see results, you'll be motivated to keep going. When you've completed your first 21 days it is just a matter of repeating the process until you've lost all the weight you want.
